Do not come here for your wedding flowers. The manager Pat made it perfectly clear that she was untrustworthy. Like she had absolutely no interest in your wedding flowers. I stopped by and an employee took my information said the manager would call me back, she never did. I stopped by again showed her all the pictures, asked for quote. She said again she would call me on Wednesday, never did. I stopped by Thursday, proposal wasnt ready as she promised, said she would call later that day. Never did again. Like treat customers like we begged for their mercy or something? Something is serious wrong with her! Do no have your business here.

Phillip's flowers gift is a life saver! I needed a meaningful gift to one of my dear friends for her birthday! Since I was unable to celebrate with her this year, I wanted to send some flowers, a balloon, and a birthday card. The same day delivery was spectacular. My friend received it and she loved it. Thank you for the exceptional service. I will surely be utilizing you from now on.

I lost track of the date and only realized that it was Mother’s Day the same morning. I placed my order with Phillips and they delivered a beautiful bouquet of roses and other flowers to my 90 year-old Mom by 1 PM. She loved them. I am so grateful for their quick turnaround and willingness to be open and working on an important day like Mother’s Day. You folks have my gratitude.

Where to begin with florist Kim… when I tell you my wedding flowers and various arrangements took my breath away, I’m serious I almost passed out. Seeing my vision come to life; even better than I could’ve imagined was one of my favorite moments of my wedding. Kim outdid herself. The colors perfectly matched my scheme, the arrangements were huge, full, and detailed. Kim was an absolute angel to work with. She priced everything very reasonable. She adapted to last minute changes and additions. She was prompt; along with her team. Our wedding guests were absolutely taken aback by the ballroom flooded with the most beautiful flowers & candles. I am so lucky to have met Kim & gone with Phillip’s! My favorite vendor. Thank you so much!!!

My husband surprised me with a beautiful bouquet, but the details pertaining to service and quality of the flowers were unfortunately disheartening. My husband communicated that they were extremely rude and unaccommodating. He’s a compassionate and patient man, so when he’s bothered and says he had poor customer service it’s a big deal. My flowers were received on Mother’s Day and were drooping upon receipt. They were NOT freshly cut. A day later the peony was white instead of pink and no plant food was provided. Sad to say I wasn’t able to enjoy them. Even Meijers provides plant food! It’s ashamed that we spend our hard earned money on things to honor and delight our loved ones and businesses don’t reciprocate common courtesy! We will not be returning.
